Our client is a premiere provider of automated solutions that optimize critical facility operation and maintenance. As a result of their longstanding industry success, this company has developed a very impressive list of commercial and federal clients across the country. This is a high profile role internally and reports directly to senior management within the firm.
Job
Responsibilities:
Oversee all day to day accounting operations including payroll, A/P, A/R and billing
Oversee monthly close, produce financial statements and management reporting
Interface with project managers on an ongoing basis and provide project status updates as required
Responsible for overseeing cost and project accounting
Oversee Timberline based accounting financial system
Position Requirements:
BS-Accounting or equivalent
CPA or candidate a big plus
Must have 6-8 years public and/or related corporate accounting
Must have 2
years Timberline G/L and job cost experience
Must be willing to roll up sleeves and be very hands on
Good written and verbal communications skills required
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
