Job Details:
The Nurse Manager is a Registered Nurse who is accountable to assign, coordinate, direct, monitor, and evaluate direct nursing care for a given unit. Directly responsible for reinforcing standards set forth by JCAHO, DHEC, Nursing Practice Standards, Nursing Policies and Procedures and the quality of care provided assuring a high level of customer satisfaction and physician interaction. Must serve as a role model in being a patient care advocate.

Position Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN Preferred. Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in SC or Multi-State License; At least 2 years acute care experience required. Progressive Nursing Leadership experience preferred. ability to prioritize responsibilities with respect to unit activities and staffing needs.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills, interpersonal and customer relation skills. Attention to detail, problem solving, analysis of information and critical thinking skills. Evening and /or weekend work as deemed appropriate based on job responsibilities. Able to handle highly confidential information.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
