Summary:
Join our team to keep our associates safe and healthy while on assignment with our Client. In this role you'll take a proactive role in preventing injuries and safety incidents.
Primary Functions:
Cultivate a culture of safety among associates by promoting and maintaining a safe working environment. Conduct Incident Investigations for Integrity Associates. Facilitate Incident Investigation process by partnering with onsite internal staff, ISS Safety Manager, onsite medical representatives, and Client Safety Department. Transport ISS Associates to nearest available Occupational Health Clinic for safety incidents which require medical treatment beyond first aid. Input Safety Incident Investigation data into employee database in an efficient and timely manner. Partner with Wokers Compensation team on case management process. Aid Safety Manager with leading, training, and motivating Safety Coordinators. Identify and inform onsite management team, ISS Safety Manager, Client Safety Department of compliance issues, safety risks and improvement opportunities by conducting daily, weekly and monthly audits. Perform Safety Observations & Audits. Conduct safety trainings for new employees Act as a liaison and point of contact for assigned internal staff, onsite medical representatives, Client Safety Department, ISS Safety Coordinators, and ISS Associates working on assignment with ISS Safety Manager.
Basic
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED Previous safety experience, large high-volume environment experience is a plus. Customer driven with communications skills, teamwork and a capacity to work in a fast paced working environment. Self-motivated Possess the ability to analyze incident data for potential safety concerns or safety risks. Must be willing to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends as business demands
