Staffing Specialist needed for a Full Time Contract opportunity supporting Yoh RPO's client located in San Ramon, California.

What You'll Be Doing:
Managing and coordinating candidate background checks, drug screens, and processing qualified relocation requests
Managing the offer letter process which will consist of drafting the offer letters, deciding what verbiage pertains to the specific offer details, and deciding what offer inclusions are required
Managing the offer acceptance process and processing any offer declines or rescinds
Other duties for this position include; maintaining and updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), reviewing offer documents to ensure compliance, working with the team to provide process improvements, and metrics administration support as needed
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
Minimum two (2) years of experience in a Human Resources and/or Customer Service field
BS Degree or HS Diploma/GED with equivalent work experience
Ability to maintain the highest level of integrity in dealing with information of a confidential nature
Ability and willingness to work in a team environment and be a key contributor
Ability to work under pressure and deliver high quality work in a fast paced environment
Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred
Qualifications:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Experience in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Brassring/HireSystems
Familiarity with Staffing processes
2 or more years in a Human Resources field is preferred
