PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Execute daily CI tracking, Update Configuration Management Database (CMDB) change task and CI verification activities
Execute Update CMDB change task to promote CI from Design to Installed status
Review RFCs and coordinate with RFC Coordinator to ensure CI is deployed in production environment
Coordinate with Change Coordinator to ensure all tasks are completed
Perform timely CMDB audits as outlined in the CMDB Audit Plan to maintain accuracy and integrity of CMDB data
Perform regular housekeeping of the CMDB
Provide regular business reports and statistical feedback to IT Senior Management.
Ensure regular housekeeping of the Configuration Management Database. Work with Data Stewards to ensure consistent data quality and accuracy are maintained between CMDB and Systems of Record
