Qualifications:

-Minimum of 3 years of strong experience in security and network design, implementation & operations.
-Security, Firewall, DMZ, VPN, Filtering, design, troubleshooting, administration.
-Demonstrates strong working knowledge of:TCP/IP based networking (addressing/sub netting, designing, troubleshooting, routing, OSI model, etc)
-Internet Firewall and DMZ environments (design, setup, troubleshooting, policy design and administration)
-VPN technology (remote access, site to site, IPSEC, etc)
-Load balancing technology (configuration, design, troubleshooting, etc.)
-Packet capturing and protocol analysis (TCP, UDP, ICMP, packet dissection, etc)
-E-mail and SMTP (mail routing, troubleshooting, design, email security and policy based logic/decisions, etc.)

-DNS & DHCP protocols (managing large multi-tiered DNS & DHCP infrastructure, design, troubleshooting, etc.)
-Security Discipline (network security, secure network and application design, risk assessment, configuration/hardening, etc.)
-Remote access systems and methodologies (work at home type infrastructure including VPN connectivity, VoIP, etc. from remote locations a plus).
-DLP (Data Loss Prevention) - Concepts, policy analysis, incident response, policy tuning, etc.
-Project management - Managing WAF (Web Application Firewall) systems
-Microsoft Office Suite of Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
-Professional certifications in related fields are a plus
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline is desired.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
