Junior to Mid-level Visual Designer needed for a contract-to-hire opportunity with Yoh's client located in Cupertino, CA.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Produce visual design assets for software's look and touch
- Responsible for new releases.
- Supporting developers in revving-up resolution for various mobile devices
- Experience Vector Icons or Photoshop Icon, or 3D Icons
- Collaborate with Product Management team on design projects.
- Develop design guidelines. Create and oversee creation of icons and graphics.
- Continuously explore visual design directions on mobile and desktop
- Develop design specifications and create prototypes.
- Partner closely with Front End Developers to implement designs and prototypes.
- Manage projects from start to ship.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- A Bachelor's Degree in Graphic or Visual Design and three (3) years of professional work experience.
- Visual Design experience with mobile products
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Keynote OR PowerPoint
- Solid experience with iconography
- Three (3) years of relevant experience in graphic or visual design
- Strong attention to detail, typographic refinement, and pixel-perfect design
- Strong portfolio available for viewing
- Excellent visual design skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with highly technical development teams,
- Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and translate those to visual representation.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated fluency with Illustrator, Photoshop, and relevant design tools
- Understanding of user interface design principles
Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred
Qualifications:
- MS in Graphic or Visual Design
- Experience with Adobe After Effects
- Experience with Cinema 4D
- Experience with Apple Keynote
- Experience with Omnigraffle
