Reports To:Director, Business Operations
Job Description:The Business Analyst will be responsible for maintaining business critical software and hardware systems, identifying system enhancement, business process improvements using technology and developing information reporting. The job includes:
Working with end users and department managers to design business process improvement solutions.
Assisting in Identifying and recommending ongoing process improvements that improve overall operating efficiencies, effectiveness and internal controls.
Creating textual and graphical documentation of the system or process modifications.
Leading the implementation efforts of new technologies within the company.
Serving as the liaison between the end user community, ERP publisher and our hardware support vendors.
Ensuring the delivery of requested features and specifications from technical support vendors.
Reviewing, accessing and giving guidance on all new ERP (SamPro) releases and upgrades.
Coordinating software updates with our ERP publisher (SamPro), department managers and impacted users.
Evaluating data quality, identifying data errors and developing corrective action plans.
Overseeing all new system roll-outs from the planning stage through post roll-out monitoring.
Ensuring the reliability of our systems and provide support to the Director of Business Operations during a system outage.
Developing end user reports using Excel, Access or Crystal report writer.
Planning and developing end user training programs and providing one on one user training.
Provides oversight and support for the company's VOIP phone system by maintaining phone system, on-boarding of new users as well as troubleshooting issues and escalating to the support provider if necessary.
Procures and manages inventory of all IT hardware and software resources, documentation of vendor activities.
Support the company's iphone, android and tablet devices by provisioning new services and troubleshooting existing issues.
Involvement in special projects and assignments as delegated from the Director of Business Operations.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Information systems
5 years experience preferred, Construction Accounting knowledge a plus.
Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel, Access, SQL and Visio.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Experience in the development and implementation of standards, procedures and guidelines to support operational processes.
Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities.
Strong work ethic, a can do attitude and a team player.
Willingness to work occasionally outside of normal business hours.
Salary
The starting salary is $65,000
DOE and potential for annual bonus.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
