As a Rapid Return Agent, you will be responsible for overseeing the check in area and directing customers and shuttle crews to ensure and maintain smooth and safe traffic flow throughout the check in area. You will be assisting the customers to ensure and expedite the conclusion of a positive rental experience by using the hand held Rover unit, reviewing the receipt with the customer, and reviewing the vehicle for body damage, mileage, and fuel level. As a Rapid Return Agent, you will assist customers with removing customer belongings from the rental vehicle and assist customers with inquiries and concerns in a positive and friendly manner.
