Claims Representative/Associate needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Santa Rosa, CA.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Answer inbound customer calls regarding new and existing service requests
- Assist in understanding and evaluating warranty coverage
- Document all calls in Client's system, FALCON
- Process claims for homeowners and assist with warranty coverage inquiries
- Create work items from Claims and/or work orders
- Cancel or re-open claims or work orders
- Provide homeowners with all relevant information pertaining to the contract, claims or work order
- Handle various dispatch activities
- Resolve homeowner and contractor scheduling conflicts
- Be given the chance to progress through the organization at a rapid pace, depending on your aptitude and open positions
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Zero to two (0 - 2) year's Customer Service experience
Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred
Qualifications:
- Mortgage or real estate experience
- Customer Service call center environment experience

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
