Accounts Payable Specialist needed for a six (6) month contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Cherry Hill, NJ.
Top Skills Should You Possess:
- Work with Great Plains or equivalent software
- Able to process payment invoices- including those that require imagining software.
What You Will Be Doing:
- To process all payment invoices (including the use of imaging software) maintaining the Shared Services Center (SSC) operational excellence and customer service objectives.
- To aid in delivering quality service to the SSC customers.
- To perform in a manner that maintains a customer service focus and culture.
- To perform all other Accounts Payable functions under the direction of the Accounts Payable Team Lead.
- Review, verify and input all vendor invoices.
- Scan, index and route non-purchase order invoice images to appropriate associates for approval.
- Match and index invoice images to purchase orders.
- Process non-automated cash refunds.
- Resolve accounts payable outstanding issues and problems.
- Address, resolve and/or escalate vendor inquiries.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Strong problem solving skills
- Strong accounts payable computer skills
- Must be able to work with Confidential Material
- Able to work on all Accounts Payable functions.
Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred
Qualifications:
- Great Plains experience of three (3) plus years
