Description:
The goal of the Enterprise Billing (EBS) Project is document the work flow & processes related to client Billing (from where billing data is created, to the various billing streams, to the upload to EBS, to Billing Team functions, to invoice generation, etc.). Also, to document specific details of each billing stream (standard form completed on each stream). Basically, to document the current practice as a means of determining next steps (continued fixing of current system or looking for replacement). Knowledge of accounting & billing systems would be helpful
Experience with creating work flows, process improvements & facilitating process engagements
Document business processes using industry modeling tools
Identify & consult with clients on recommended changes in client work processes as appropriate to ensure the best software solution for the clients needs.
Requirements Gathering:
Experience in large enterprise level projects writing software application requirements
Mentors others on BA practices & procedures
Able to work cross functionally and view the organization as a comprehensive system of interrelated processes.
Ability to communicate effectively, verbally & in writing, to interact effectively with internal & external clients, peers, management & cross-functional areas, to clearly and concisely communicate (written & oral) technical information to non-technical audience, to use relationship development skills & facilitation skills with both technical & non-technical personnel
Works with little direction & supervision, timely completion of projects, makes time for unplanned assignments, adapts to changing priorities

Required / Desired Skills
Previous Business Analyst Experience and/or Project Manager (Required 5 Years)
Ability to work alone, self-directing. Able to manage their time for maximum efficiency (Required 5 Years)
Advanced skills working with customers, including excellent communication skills with all levels of business as well as IT staff (Required 5 Years)
Agile methodologies (RUP, BPM, Scrum, etc.) (Required 5 Years)
Project Management methodologies (Required 5 Years)
IIBA Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) designation (Highly Desired 2 Years)
Knowledge of accounting & billing systems would be helpful (Highly Desired 2 Years)
Experience as a Scrum Master a plus but not required (Highly Desired 2 Years)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
