Description
To develop and execute project plans with respect to end-to-end solutions. To ensure the project delivers against expected results. Develop plans, programs, and tools for the delivery of processes and systems to support initiatives. Plan and implement processes, plans, programs, and tools with associates to build and enhance organizational capability. Create a change management and communication plan to support major organizational changes. At least 3 years Lean Manufacturing experience. At least 2 years Project Management Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience Previous experience implementing 5-S practices a must. Working knowledge of TPM or kaizen events necessary for success. Needs to be creative in assisting associates with developing solutions to 5-S challenges.
Project Management:
Manages projects to ensure successful delivery (on time, meeting agreed upon success criteria) by establishing clear goals and accountabilities Developing project plans and allocating resources Identifying potential issues/risks and developing contingency plans
Data Analysis:
Knowledge of data analysis methods, which includes the ability to analyze and interpret data.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
