This company is looking to hire someone who will is responsible for the technical development and economic justification of Capital Projects and Budgets for multiple sites across the America's. The position will also handle Preparation of Expenditure Requests to obtain project funding as well as direct and manage project development from beginning to end.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Follow all safety rules and use of proper PPE Ensures processes are running according to approved procedures and standards. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion. Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals. Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary. Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders. Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. Track project milestones and deliverables. Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas. Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle. Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work. Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project. Oversee production of designated products applying statistical techniques Manage and safety execute continuous improvement and cost reduction projects using Lean Manufacturing techniques Supports technical transfer of new products Ensures process conforms to customer requirements within the restrictions of process capability Plans and executes process improvements on assigned projects/processes
QUALIFICATIONS
BS in Engineering. Minimum of 8 - 12 years' experience in manufacturing environment Computer Skills: Microsoft Office, Project Management Systems SAP Knowledge of Six Sigma, ISO, and Lean Manufacturing, HAZOP, NFPA, ASME, MOC Strong technical and organizational skills Travel required 25%-35%
