Responsible for data warehouse plans for a product or a group of products. Design, build, and launch new data models in production and new data extraction, transformation and loading processes in production. Interface with engineers, product managers, and product analysts to understand data needs. Support existing processes running in production. Define and manage service level agreements for all data sets in allocated areas of ownership. Work with data infrastructure to triage infrastructure issues and drive to resolution. Work cross-functionally with other teams to find ways to acquire new users, retain existing users, and optimize user experience by using massive amounts of data.
Employer will accept a Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related technical field and 2 years of work experience in job offered or in a data engineer-related occupation.
