Job Description:
Support Account Representatives by developing marketing materials, client reports, conducting research, maintaining product inventory and managing social media.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Marketing:
Works with Account Representatives to support account management responsibilities
Creates and updates material for existing accounts - Flyers & Site plans
Provides Account Representatives with market reports from third party databases
Assists Account Representatives in developing presentations
Develops and conducts email/social marketing initiatives and campaigns
Develops and conducts corporate and property mailings
Maintains corporate website
Manages and updates property listing information and listing services
Audits company Customer Relationship Management Software Sales
Participate in networking events throughout NE Ohio
Assists sales staff to generate leads for leasing commercial real estate
Conducts market research for target markets
Works closely with manager to become a successful real estate professional
Manages time effectively and is professional in appearance
Must Haves:
Project and/or event management experience
Computer skills - proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign or similar software
Above average problem solving skills
Excellent communication and people skills as well as exceptional listening skills
Reliable transportation
Must be:
Growth oriented and not comfortable with status quo
Able to work independently on long term projects
Able to learn from mistakes and maintain a healthy self esteem
Persistent
Comfortable working in a team environment and taking direction from Account Representatives
Honest, Truthful and of Good Reputation
