Mobile Maintenance Tech Level II
Dalad Realty is seeking a Full time Mobile Maintenance Technician to service its portfolio of office and light industrial buildings throughout the Cleveland area.
Primary Duties:
Maintenance and light repair of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems. Manage HVAC controls systems for the properties. Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC equipment. Coordinate and manage repairs and contract services at the properties. Respond to service requests through mobile work order system. Operation of fire alarm, sprinkler and security systems. Perform carpentry, general maintenance, grounds, janitorial or other tasks as assigned by the Property Manager. Demonstrate excellent customer service. Maintain proper inventories.
Requirements:
General knowledge of HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical and carpentry. Strong organizational and prioritization skills. Valid Ohio driver's license. Ability to work from ladders. Lift up to 60 pounds.
