Answer, document, and resolve incoming calls from customers emphasizing service and a positive customer experience in every encounter. Callers include pet owners or producers, as well as veterinary clinics.
SKILLS:
REQUIREMENTS:
Must have worked in a veterinary clinic for at least 3 years and have worked directly with pet owners/producers. Ideal candidate will be a Certified Veterinary Technician. Must have experience in MS Office & Technical Certification.
SKILLS:
Candidates must be comfortable with computers and be easily able to learn new programs. They need to be able to type and talk on the phone with excellent phone manners and communication skills. Needs experience supporting a vet office, at least 3 years. Prefer certified vet techs. The ideal candidate will have an extensive familiarity with veterinary clinics, have communicated directly with pet owners and producers on a regular basis and be able to multi-task.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
