Sets up, operates and maintains laboratory instruments, monitors experiments, makes observations, calculates and records results, and often develops conclusions. Individual is familiar with basic scientific principles and has had some laboratory experience. Can follow written direction and maintain a laboratory notebook. Has good communication skills and is computer literate.
SKILLS:
Required:
Bachelor's Degree in Science preferably Food Science or Chemistry.
1-2 years experience in food science. Prefer experience with gum or polymer.
Must be willing and able to chew samples of sugar free gum.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
