We are looking for an Oracle DBA

This is a contract to hire position, ideal salary $110,000 - $115,000

Required:
6 years or more of DBA experience - environment on Solaris, UNIX/Linux and Windows platforms.

Extensive and in-depth experience in all aspects of development, implementation, maintenance and support of Oracle 9i, 10g, 11g databases on Windows, Linux and Solaris platforms, and Microsoft SQL Server 2003, 2008 and 2008R2 on various Windows platforms.

Comprehensive understanding of software like WebLogic, JBoss, JRun, TomCat, IBM WebSphere and IIS is desired.

Strong capability and ability to resolve highly technical and complex database and infrastructure related issues before production and business are impacted.

Outstanding Oracle database performance tuning and troubleshooting skills.

Demonstrated experience with Oracle GoldenGate, RMAN, ExportImpor datapump tools and techniques.

Experience with Exadata engineering is highly desired.

Experience supporting business-critical ERP applications, SAP experience preferred.

Strong presentation and interpersonal skills; must be a team player to train and teach others and work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Oracle Certified Professional (OCA/OCP) DBA or Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSEMCDBA) is highly desired, as well as ITIL Certification.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
