6)Use Cable Toner / Tracer
7)Camera Systems
8)Speakers; Amps.; Recievers & Control Systems
9)Know - RF & IR based routing
10)Know - HDTV & Digital Surround
11) Know - Multi-zone Audio Systems
12) Know - C4; URC; Crestron & RTI
ALSO: Be able to teach a customer how to use and be able to train new-hires.
