We are seeking a Human Resources Generalist to support key businesses within its organization worldwide. The successful candidate will be a strategic business partner that will provide HR client support and interface extensively with senior leaders and all levels of the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
-Develop strong working relationships with the organization and team.
-Utilize standard processes and best practices to align human resource initiatives with business objectives.
-Effectively manage and execute on multiple HR processes, including: talent acquisition and development.
-Leadership Development Reviews, Performance Management, employee engagement, diversity, and compensation planning.
-Create and implement innovative and cost effective strategies and tactics to attract and retain top talent at all levels of the organization.
-Manage and respond to employee relations issues. Demonstrate the ability to counsel employees on HR processes and procedures, performance management and career planning.
-Drive differentiated and meaningful compensation-related decisions to ensure competitiveness and internal equity.
-Leverage ACE tools and methodology to align with business needs.
-Lead and support special projects as assigned.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
-BA/BS degree required or MA/MS/MBA or other advanced degree strongly preferred
-5-10
years of progressively responsible HR generalist roles or a combination of generalist/specialist experience
-Demonstrated experience working with senior executives, driving HR practices effectively across all levels of the organization
-Ability and demonstrated skills leading change
-Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to cultivate strong working relationships
-Excellent communications skills (written and verbal)
-Proven customer focused experience and excellent business judgment
-Ability to influence without direct supervisor responsibilities -High degree of professional maturity and integrity in handling confidential information is essential
-Strong analytical and systems skills
-Ability to work effectively and influence others in a diverse and dynamic work environment
-Highly organized with strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities
-Knowledge of human resource practices and policies, and applicable state and federal laws
-Ability to understand, interpret and easily communicate policies, practices and the Code of Ethics; state and federal laws
-Superior follow-up and follow-through skills
-Advanced level skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
-Seeking longevity in role; no job hoppers; need to be in role for more than 2 years

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
