Description
As part of Timberland's Global Marketing team, the Senior Global Brand Manger Women's is responsible for managing the footwear, apparel and accessories collections in the Timberland Women's portfolio. Possessing a full understanding of their product line, and the marketing materials needed to support the brand, both consumer facing and for the selling organization, this role will collaborate across functions and regions to ensure brand success. Establish control-related standards and procedures.

years of related experience in Brand/Consumer Marketing, including prior success in leading and developing a team.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing.
Skills:
Ability to demonstrate resiliency, and ability to influence and collaborate
with internal partners.
Experience developing advertising and working with agencies.
Ideally possess digital & social media experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and confidence presenting to
diverse groups.
Passion for working for an outdoor lifestyle brand.
Computer skills including Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
Special Requirements:
Domestic and International travel 40% of the time.
Key Responsibilities
1. Work with the Consumer Insights and Analytics Director to fully understand and leverage research on the female consumer as it relates to footwear, apparel and accessories.
Become the competitive expert for select competitive brands
Develop Seasonal Story Telling and bring to life across: Sales Tools POS/POP Digital Innovation and Creative Development Public Relations Catalogue Pages (both product and technology stories)
2. Creating a Tight Connection with the Product Teams (Footwear, Apparel & Accessories)
Ensure full understanding of the product lines, the products, materials and vision for the season
Uncover and bring to life the consumer facing stories within the product line, aligning with stories being told for female consumer.
Understand regional merchandising issues/limitations (particularly in small format stores)
Lead strategy for product naming and any on-product messaging.
Partner with the product teams to bring the product line to life for all phases of the line review.
Be fully versed in competitive product lines, trends and the implications for Timberland.
3. Creating a Tight Connection with the Regional Marketing Teams
Understand local marketing and distribution strategies for apparel and accessories. Understand local market differences.
Understand local marketing budgets to support apparel and accessories, including the money to be invested from licensing partners.
Understand any key local competitors.
4. Drive Marketing & Communications Plan
Understand forecast and financials for Timberland Women's categories and track vs. budget on a monthly basis.
Lead the development of the global marketing plan, including advertising, on-garment communication, in-store storytelling, and on-line story telling.
Write creative briefs and help recommend which products to advertise, working closely with the advertising agency on casting, locations, scripts and director choice.
Drive seasonal planning and alignment with regions and product teams.
Create compelling sales materials to ensure that communication strategies are easy to understand, and be presented to the sales teams and retailers.
Ensure all messages and imagery line-up to each other and the overall Timberland brand.
Proactively seek out new communication vehicles e.g. mobile and recommend how to build new trends into the marketing/communication plan.
5. Partner with GCS to Develop Compelling & Impactful Tools to Bring Women's category to life
Ensure briefs are entered into the intranet system in a timely manner
Deliver all materials, product details and samples the GCS team needs on-time
Brainstorm with the GCS team to develop compelling stories that can be leveraged across the marketing mix
Work with GCS to ensure global consistency of stories
Ensure full 360 plans are developed with consistency of visuals and messaging.
Develop On-Product communications - including labeling, hang tags, and icon messaging
Deliver Sales Meeting theme's and messaging, with all sales tools, masters, sell sheets, FAQ's and videos.
6. Manage Women's Brand Marketing team to ensure flawless execution and communication with internal customers is timely and effective. Recruit, develop and motivate team with the goal of creating a high performance culture where managers lead by example.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
