Custom Overseas Quote Specialist
Company in Largo looking for a Custom Overseas Quote Specialist.
Responsible for communicating directly with customers and providing them pricing and details on their quote requests.
Responsibilities include:
Communicate with customers on their inquiries and questions regarding overseas products and services.
Quote customers on their overseas quote inquiries.
Corresponding directly with China for factory pricing on custom projects.
Follow up with customers on their quotes and check statuses of potential orders.
Establish excellent relationships with clients and be able to provide a detailed quote in a timely manner
This job is customer service oriented. If you have a customer friendly mentality, respond to emails in a timely manner, stay organized and are a positive thinking person you will do well. While the additional experience listed below is helpful, it is not necessary to get the job done.
Requirements:
Customer Service Oriented
Organized
Proficient in Excel
Careful attention to detail
Able to Multi-task
Good time management skills
Experience a plus dealing/working with, having knowledge of:
Sales,
Imports,
Sourcing,
Promotional Products,
Professional Customer Service
Marketing and/or logo printing
Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism with customers, employees, factories, providers
Skills:
Detail Oriented
Works well with others
Works well under pressure and in time sensitive situations
Proficient in Excel
Ability to prioritize
Organized
Has good time management skills
Background check required.
