Title: Logistics IT Systems Management Support Analyst Location: Georgia-Albany
Key Role:
Assists in the analysis of policies, guidelines, and procedures to ensure quality and cost control. Conduct distribution and network studies related to the monitoring of inventory and analyze requirements in order to develop strategies to achieve desired delivery times and order fill rates. Maintain appropriate records and prepare reports, develop and monitor implementation of logistics plans that may affect the production, distribution, and inventory of finished products in order to enhance product flow, and coordinate logistics activities with internal or external customers. Apply a broad knowledge of principles, practices, and procedures of a particular field of specialization to the completion of difficult assignments. Work with minimum supervision, conferring with superior on unusual matters. Perform assignments that are broad in nature, requiring originality and ingenuity.
Basic
Qualifications:
-5 years of experience with the DoD enterprise logistics operations and associated information systems
-Experience with Microsoft Office
-Knowledge of logistics procedures and processes
-Knowledge of logistics automated information and data systems
-Ability to display subject matter expertise to work unsupervised
-Secret clearance
-BS degree

-Experience with operational logistics
-Experience with depot maintenance
-Experience with process improvement
-Experience with project management, including Microsoft Project
-Possession of excellent interpersonal, client-facing consulting, and time management skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
