Prestigious Enterprise Retail Firm seeks an experienced Senior Retail Developer with significant knowledge of Point-of-Sale (POS) systems, preferably Oracle POS.
What you'll be doing:
Working closely with the team to lead business process changes - developing alternatives, software routines and procedures for our business systems applications Leading, informing, advising, educating and influencing key business partners to consider process improvements and changes where appropriate to minimize systems development costs and constraints Gathering test requirements and leading the business through testing the solutions
As our Lead Retail Business Analyst, we'd like you to have the following experience, skills and education:
Hands on experience with Oracle Retail POS (or similar), Back Office & Central Office applications Experience with developing and maintaining the applications Strong Java programming skills Experience with not only gathering requirements, but leading a business through changing processes Experience with influencing and directing change to meet new system capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Management Information SystemsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
