Position Description:
Academy Enrollment Executive - Prospect, Present, Enroll and Manage qualified candidates into and through our business academy within the 7 city Hampton Roads Area.
Compensation:
24k-48k quota based salary plus and additional minimum of $36,000 in annual bonuses and commissions for 100% of quota. Minimum of 60k-84k 1st year estimated earnings based on achieving 100% of monthly quota. Quota based Salary is determined by documented experience and character.
Qualifications:
3-5 years documented sales experience
Exceptional Communication and Presentation Skills
Extreme Work Ethic
Ability to think and act out-of-the-box
Team player
Desire and Focus
Willingness to learn and grow
Ability to learn, teach and follow success systems
