Description:
Performs complex design, maintenance, enhancement, testing, implementation, and support of software. Completes the development of software test requirements for complex modules under development, executes complex test specifications. Completes estimates for complex modules under development, and estimates own work. Performs reviews of complex customers' standards specification and other documentation to determine software engineering requirements. Performs presentations of complex technical findings and developments. Completes the software quality process through the execution of complex module, subsystem and system test procedures. We are looking for an energetic, driven, and self motivated Senior Software Engineer for a team of highly motivated and talented Software Development Engineers.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop complex design, maintenance, enhancement, testing, implementation, and support of software.
2. Design estimates for the complex modules under development
3. Authors and reviews complex customers' standards specification and other documentation to determine software engineering requirements.
4. Participate and/or conduct code reviews, design reviews of complex software modules.
5. Follow software quality process through the execution of the complex module, subsystem and system test procedures.
6. Design and Optimize complex database queries, performance tuning, profiling and database maintenance
Technical Expertise Required:
1. C#.NET in Visual
2. Highly proficient in MSSQL Server Database
3. Win Forms/WPF
4. Data Structures
5. Object Oriented Analysis and Design
6. Visual Studio 2012
7. Agile Scrum methodology
Soft skills Required:
1. Excellent written and oral communication skills
2. Excellent interpersonal skills
3. Excellent Team player skills
4. Lead architecture and design meetings
5. Ability to negotiate and drive consensus on architectural decisions with both internal and external stakeholdersEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
