Answering inbound calls 100% of the time while:
Answering client questions regarding health care solutions offered in a timely and professional manner, and responding to/redirecting calls as appropriate.
Being attentive to the needs of the client as a trustworthy member of the team.
The Customer Care Associate will be explaining, describing and enrolling the client for a specific product offering.
Updating and documenting account information and records.
Following established guidelines for compliance, quality and productivity.
Position Duties:
Balance client and business needs while producing a positive definable moment.
Consult, influence and sell to customers.
Work in a potentially fast paced environment where changes to procedures are common.
Actively listen, interpret and resolve client inquiries while updating customer account information.
Ability to learn customized computer systems.
Hours: 8am - 8pm EST, Sunday - Saturday. Hours may vary between 15-35 per week.
Location: Virtual, Work from home, TelecommuteEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
