We are currently seeking a Client HR Business Partner to join our team. In this role you will:
Drive HR initiatives with a client portfolio consisting of clients across multiple industries and disciplines.
Strengthen the connection with clients through strategic account management and consultation.
Build strategic relationships with C-level contacts, creating and executing on an account strategy and effectively influencing the direction of current and future human capital needs within the client business.
Act as the Human Resource subject matter expert for the client and provide HR services to strategically drive results with the goal of increasing client satisfaction and retention.
Provide Human Resource Consultation and advice in-person or virtually with clients based on needs analysis and expectations outlined in the client service plan.
Strategize with assigned clients on business objectives and work to create solutions that impact business priorities.
Utilize human capital management expertise to deliver World Class Service resulting in excellent client satisfaction.
Client Relations Management:
Consult with clients, evaluate needs and proactively develop, implement and deliver service plans which advance business objectives.
Follow through and coordinate on deliverables identified in the Service plans which will directly impact the productivity, efficiency and effectiveness of client companies. This may include working with functional areas such as 401K, payroll, benefits and other ADP solutions.
Actively and consistently communicate with clients and schedule on-site client visits to ensure appropriate utilization of ADP TotalSource services.
Partnering with other Business Units across the enterprise to drive maximum utilization of all ADP solutions available.
As necessary, will evaluate and review account pricing and billing inquiries with client.
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree required
PHR/SPHR Certification Required or Master's Degree in relevant field

years HR experience with proven track record with successfully adding value to organizations by planning, positioning and implementing HR initiatives
Possess an understanding of business drivers and have the ability to quickly learn an organization's strategy and industry
Experience with generating and analyzing HR reports is a must
Strong client service experience and ability to manage multiple client priorities
Capable of presenting ideas and programs as well as problem resolutions to all levels of executives and business owners with confidence
Effective communication and interpersonal skills required
Persuasion/negotiation skills a plus
Effectively envision, develop, and implement new strategies to address competitive and complex business issue.
Develop strong trusting relationships in order to gain support and achieve results.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
