Individual provides technical acquisition support to government development of acquisition packages. Position is responsible for management and technology assessments of contractor solutions and processes. Position will require evaluation of technical and schedule progress of contractor efforts. Individual must possess ability to describe the intention, objectives and value of acquisition policy and efforts to internal and external customers. Specialized duties include expanding the SharePoint collaborative acquisition planning work environment established by the customer organization to facilitate data management. Position is responsible to provide SharePoint expertise to support the system administration, continued design, development, and maintenance of IO SharePoint instances on multiple networks. The objective is to ensure currency of information, refinement of utility, and improve ease of use for an expanding InnoVision acquisition data repository and shared work environment.
Provide website functional development support to include SharePoint
Provide system administrative duties to include assignment and management of user rights, to include limiting access to contractor support for sensitive data repositories
Continue to assist with site enhancements/change requests when needed for the IO website
Have a thorough understanding and extensive experience with building applications and workflows, developing InfoPath Forms, administering SharePoint Server 2010, implementing sites, security sites and content, managing information, managing documents and files, managing and finding content/metadata, customizing and building pages, Office Integration, workflow: automating business processes
Develops content, and maintains associated systems for agency internal and/or external web sites, including sites hosted on JWICS, SIPRNET, NIPRNET networks.
Plans, designs, and performs content enhancements and/or updates to websites.
Recommends best practices, develops guidance and content standards, and ensures best practices and quality standards are met and maintained.
Designs and builds web pages using a variety of graphics software applications, techniques, and tools.
Designs and develops user interface features, site animation, and special effects elements.
TS/SCI required
B.A. degree in an associated discipline, M.B.A., M.S., or M.A. desired
Experience building applications and workflows, developing InfoPath Forms, administering SharePoint Server 2010, implementing sites, security sites and content, managing information, managing documents and files, managing and finding content/metadata, customizing and building pages, Office Integration, workflow: automating business processes
Requires knowledge of web-based technologies including browsers, ASP pages, HTML code, object-oriented technology, and graphics software.
Experience reviewing web sites for adherence to organization specifications and standards.
Experience in the preparation, development, and maintenance of numerous web sites, across numerous systems and encompassing distinctive missions and software.
Thorough knowledge of electronic publishing and structured authoring software (e.g., HTML and XML languages) to include desired familiarity with Framemaker, and SGML.
Graphic design or multimedia production experience.
Thorough knowledge of web design principles.
Proficiency with web publishing software and protocols (FTP, HTIP).
Experience with relational databases such as: Oracle, MySQL, Sybase, and SQL Server.
Experience with SQL and CGI scripting.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Experience working with various intelligence community organizations and their operational site customers
5 years min experience with DOD/IC Acquisition processes
Demonstrated understanding of the R&D; geospatial intelligence mission and its contributions to the IC
Government agency or military staff experience
MS Office Suite proficiency with expert knowledge of MS Excel and Access
Familiarity with advanced research and development activities and organizationsEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
