C-RAM Training Technician

ALATEC is seeking a Counter Rocket Artillery Mortar (C-RAM) Training Technician to work in a challenging, professional environment committed to national security and soldier safety. Technicians provides general policy guidance, defines objectives and establishes priorities for scheduling workload. Provides support for training and operations expertise for C-RAM related Mission Readiness and Field Training Exercises (MRX/FTX) that will include but is not limited to classroom, hands-on, simulation/virtual, field environment and exercises, combat scenario driven, and live fire in a realistic and safe environment.

- Provides training schedules for resident training.
- Coordinates with external units for training batteries on matters relating to the scheduling of training.
- Maintains Master Files of all POIs
- Compiles and training and graduation packets.
- Compiles C-RAM AAR data and builds Take Home packets.
- Uses various types of office automation equipment to prepare correspondence, documents and reports.
- Uses networked and stand alone computer systems equipped with email, calendar, graphics and spreadsheets.
Required
Experience:
- Must be familiar with the Army Training Requirements and Resource System (ATRRS)
- Must be able to manage inputs under the Resident Individual Training Management System (RITMS)
- Must be familiar with the Defense Travel System (DTS)
- Must be familiar with the Digital Training Management System (DTMS)
Desired
Experience:
-4 years military experience
Required Education:
- H.S. Diploma required
Desired Education:
- Associates Degree or higher is preferred.
