TASC is seeking an energetic self-starter who possesses a diverse background of Information Assurance (IA) experience and knowledge that can be applied to an Army customer on Ft Belvoir. Position involves IA planning and execution relative to both facility and tactical systems certifications. Must have a working knowledge of the DIACAP and DoDIIS C&A; processes and familiarity with DIARMF and ICD-503. Must have a background in developing Certification and Accreditation packages, performing quality assurance on those packages and working with the appropriate approval authorities for those packages. Must have a technical background in system and cloud architectures, security engineering requirements, the OSI model, security testing, vulnerability analysis and risk management; utilizing manual and automated tools and processes to validate those technical, administrative and physical security requirements. Analyze raw scan data, verify findings and fixes, manage and report residual risk. Specifically identifying and applying the appropriate certification and accreditation methodology, implementation process, security requirements, configuration guidance to the appropriate technology, system and environment to obtain the required authorities to connect and operate in both CONUS and OCONUS locations and maintaining the authority to connect and operate through the systems lifecycle.Required Qualifications :
An active Top Secret (TS) Security Clearance with Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) eligibility.
Must have a working knowledge of the DIACAP and DoDIIS C&A; processes and familiarity with DIARMF and ICD-503.
Must have a background in developing Certification and Accreditation packages, performing quality assurance on those packages and working with the appropriate approval authorities for those packages
Demonstrated ability to assist/advise Government product manager in development of comprehensive project plans to include both long and short-range goals and milestones.
Experience in providing advice and assistance to Government PMO that directly affects the conduct and attainment of program goals and objectives.
Ability to think independently and provide others with convincing evidence that supports a stated acquisition strategy or position.
Ability to multi-task and work effectively, both independently and within work groups to meet timelines and complete assignments.
Superior interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact with senior level government managers and team mates during tight deadlines.
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, in particular, MS Excel, PowerPoint and MS Word
8 - 10 years of Information Assurance experience
Preferred Qualifications, Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:
Bachelors degree is preferred
Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) is preferred.
TS/SCI clearance in the Army Contractor Automated Verification System (ACAVS)
Prior Army experience highly desirableEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
