This qualified candidate will support the implementation of the full measure of the customer vision for agile acquisition to adopt new, flexible, transparent, and rapid business processes. The successful candidate will suupport Senior Advisor in the transforming the cultural and behavioral elements that define how this customer accomplishes its acquisition methods.The successful candidate also researches and analyzes a breath of agile acquisition related topics and provides professional quality briefings, reports, and white papers as requested by the Senior Advisor. The candidate also will develop professional quality briefings, white papers, schedules, etc. as requested.The successful candidate plans, schedules and facilitates a variety of exchanges and meetings with the Acquisition workforce, customers, stakeholders, and industry to improve the way the customer does business and accelerate our understanding and application of emerging commercial processes and technologies.Required Skills:TO QUALIFY CANDIDATES MUST HAVE AN ACTIVE/IN-HAND TS-SCI SECURITY CLEARANCEBachelor's Degree10 years minimum experience with DoD acquisition policy and acquisition processes. Demonstrated understanding of ODNI acquisition oversight policy and process. Knowledge of the customer's Vision and Strategic InitiativesProvides goal and detailed oriented customer support/service.Excellent organizational skills, strong interpersonal, oral and written communication skills and possess keen public speaking/briefing skill and ability to facilitate large or small groups (includes experience interfacing and communicating with senior executive leadership in Government and industry).Possess problem identification/resolution skills, flexibility, initiative, and the proven ability to work with senior executives efficiently and effectivelyAbility to work independently and as a team member under tight deadlines with changing priorities. Demonstrated understanding of the geospatial intelligence mission and its contributions to the IC.
Demonstrated experience preparing acquisition strategy documentation and assisting with strategic level issues.
Familiarity with acquisition process.Certified as a Program/Project Management Professional through a recognized professional (e.g. Project Management Institute - PMI, DAWIA Defense Acquisition University) or educational organization.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
