- Responsible for the development of the Dutch retail operations
- Participate in the opening of points of sale
- Give recommendations for Commercial and Training strategy
- Set targets for each point of sale in line with the brand objectives, in order to develop the like-for-like growth
- Quantitative and qualitative analysis of sales, measurable results, individual and team performances
- Present results, objectives and strategy to senior management
- Recruit, train, drive, motivate and develop the beauty advisors
