ResponsibilitiesENGINEER DUTIES (Maintenance):
Perform all the maintenance duties as required.
Maintain all HVAC filters on site. Change filters as required and maintain a logbook indicating dates the filters were changed, type of filters used and filter inventory.
File filter change report to Manager of Utilities for proper cross charge regarding various departments on site.
Assist Utilities Millwright as directed in the performance of repairs to Utilities equipment as required.
Assist in snow removal from all doorways around the main plant.
STATIONARY ENGINEER DUTIES (Boiler House)
Perform all the duties required as per Operating Procedures for the safe and efficient operation of the Boiler House, its Boilers, Air Compressors, Water softeners, Ammonia Refrigeration System, Potable Hot Water System and other related duties as assigned.
Perform all Boiler House functions as dictated by the Operating Engineers Act and Administered by TSSA.
Record all incidents that occur on shift and report same to PSM Coordinator and Chief Operating Engineer.
Maintain the Boiler House in a clean and tidy manner.
Communicate with Maintenance Personnel and Contractors as required.
