The Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate would be someone who:
Has a passion for the renewable energies industry;
Is detail-oriented, yet capable of summarizing key points and drivers for a management audience;
Is an excellent communicator and feels comfortable presenting ideas to the C-level, senior managers, peers and external parties;
Is able to work under tight timelines in a fast-paced environment;
Has a can-do attitude and is energetic and positive;
Process oriented and organized.
Responsibilities
Manage, review and submit information related to project development;
Review and assess the feasibility of new and existing projects proposed by Business Development team;
Coordinate and consult with internal departments to assemble proposals;
Generate, maintain and manage project schedules and timelines with the team;
Keen ability to solve problems and coordinate with global team members;
Requirements
Degree in Engineering (Electrical is preferable);
PMP certification or Masters in Project Management is a strong asset;
Background in the development of utility scale renewable energy projects (Wind or Solar preferable);
Strong understanding of project development and construction;
Government tender experience is a great asset;
Excellent understanding of the renewable energy industry, solid technical background;
Experience review documents related to project development and conducting feasibility studies;
Good computer skills (MS Project, Visio, Excel and so on.)

Competitive base salary
Incentive bonus plan based on individual and company performance
