Our client based in the Birmingham region have a new opportunity in their Sea Freight Export department.
This role would suit a confident commercially aware candidate with a good Sea Freight background along with good Export knowledge.
Your job role will include:
o European Forwarding Operator Overall Purpose of this role is to ensure that the client receive excellent customer service and the team comply to Import/Export operational procedures and in-line with company policy.
o To complete KPI and shipment tracking reports for customers.
o To deal with the passing of our suppliers invoices in line with the agreed cost and investigating any discrepancies.
o Working within the Europa framework at all times.
o A respect towards the office Health and Safety guidelines.
o Any other duty as dictated by your manager, from time-to-time.
