Software Engineer - Java


Job Description:
Work as a member of a project team to deliver high quality components that meet the customer's requirements.
Design and develop test strategies for components being developed.
Implement components using Java or other languages as appropriate.
Participate in code and design reviews.
Work with Quality Assurance Engineers in developing functional tests for functionality being implemented.
Work with Release Engineers in developing build, installation and release scripts for developed functionality.
BASIC
Qualifications:
At least 5 years of software engineering experience in a software product development environment.
Bachelor's degree in IT related field
Ability to learn, analyze and apply new technologies quickly to solve business problems is critical.
Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written.
Experience in debugging/investigating issues in complex multi-tiered software applications a plus.
Knowledge of and/or practical experience with Software Quality Assurance, including Unit Testing, Integration Testing, and System Testing.
Experience developing complex software using Java, HTTP, and XML standards.
Knowledge of and/or experience in object-oriented software design including the modeling of object hierarchies, behaviors, class structures and methods.
Knowledge of and/or experience in the development of technical design specifications.
Experience in creation of complex Oracle database views.
Good understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP).
Hands on experience with in Web Services, Hibernate, JSP, Servlets, Spring, Struts, SOAP and WSDL Using Visual Studio.
Hands on experience with JQuery, HTML5, CSS3, AngularJS, or Ext JS is an added advantage.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
