Description:
Strong interpersonal & professional customer service skills. Able to be self-directed with good time management. Experience with Software, PC, Hardware support and specialized installs - Windows 7 experience REQUIRED. Able to maintain SLA's, keep up with ticket/log system workload, and well organized. Typical troubleshooting issues: slow PC's, Viruses, Malware, Re-imaging PC's, Recover Data, Load Applications, and use tools to fix issues.
DEPENDABILITY IS A MUST!
Some travel is required, .44/mile - travel policy very specific.
Business casual attire.

Previous Field Tech Support Experience (Required 2 Years)
Windows XP, 7, MAC experience (Required 2 Years)
SCCM - imaging software (will train) (Required 2 Years)
PC/laptop/tablets/phones/cameras/printers (Required 2 Years)
Footprints ticketing system (Required 2 Years)
MS Access - basic support (Required 2 Years)
Team Viewer (Required 2 Years)Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
