Our client has recently gone live with PeopleSoft HCM 9.1 and PeopleTools 8.51 in January and are now looking to implement Base Benefits and do enhancements to Core HR, Ben Admin, Payroll, and ELM the next few months. For ELM, they are moving configuration into testing and will need to start writing documentation for a go-live date of 12/1. With ELM being a new module to the organization, our client needs to bring in a Trainer to conduction training sessions for 1,000 users.

Day to Day
Responsibilities:
This consultant will be brought specifically to develop UPK training and write documentation for ELM. The consultant will work with the HRIS manager and functional leads in developing a training strategy that is a best fit for our client's needs. The training strategy will consist of web based demos, training webinars, and classroom training for around 1,000 users. These users range in position from super-admins to end users. This consultant will create training materials and will be responsible for presenting to the business. This consultant should be familiar with writing functional documentation as well as they may be asked to help the HRIS team at times.

Required:
PeopleSoft ELM training experience
Excellent Communication Skills
UPK Training within PeopleSoft
Ability to interact with SMEs and Project Leads to collaborate on training content and requirements
Knowledge of Change Management as it relates to the upgrade/ implementation of an HCM system
Experience with arranging and conducting web conferences/webinar training

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
