Director of Sales Position:
Holiday Inn Express & Suites, Lawrenceville, GA, has an immediate opening for a full-time sales professional with excellent ability to perform total account penetration & account management. Candidate will be responsible for achieving assigned revenue goals, managing sales department, attending networking events, and prospecting for new clients. In addition, candidate will be required to learn the PMS (Property Management System, Opera)
Candidate must showcase superior customer relation skills, as well as possess integrity & strong work ethics. Display a natural sales personality (aggressive yet personable) and must dress in professional attire at all times. This will be evaluated during interview.
Candidate will be required to work with IHG National Sales Account Managers and also manage local account relationships. In addition, candidate should be available to attend some evening networking events.
Please note: Along with managing current accounts, this position will require you to also perform outside cold calls, locate your own leads and achieve assigned goals.
Knowledge of hospitality industry, IHG "Way of Sales", or the PMS Opera is not required, however, this will be a plus in reviewing candidate resumes.

2 years experience in sales is required to be considered for this position.
Previous Hotel Sales Experience is not required

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
