- Able to work within the whole process of new product development.
- Able to lead multi-functional teams to include - Marketing, CS,Ops and IT to introduce the new product and services to the Market.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Product Development - Support the development of new products including establishing the new product or service rules, marketing strategy and analysis, integration and set up of operational center including the training of key operational team members, developing and tracking progress reports, and conducting market research to strengthen the efficacy of the product.
- Campaign Management - Manage activities with Marketing Agency, participate in creative and strategy planning, manage the creative proofing for all printed materials, identify and research potential target customer lists.
- Competitive Information - Maintain and update competitive database as well as research potential new product opportunities from competitive portfolios.
- Market Research - Conduct industry analysis and work with Market Research vendors to evaluate opportunities and determine the optimal programs for the companies long term growth goals.
- Financial - Analyze opportunity values taking into account key revenue and cost drivers
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Bachelor's Degree - preferably in Marketing or Advertising
- Proficient - Master of MS Office Suite
- History of work with Product Development and/or Research
