FM Global is seeking a Financial Analyst for the Financial Services Division to work at our company headquarters in Johnston, RI. Candidates should have a minimum of three years experience performing financial analysis of company operations and prepare recommendations for management. Gather project financial data, tracking consultant costs, analyzing budget-to-actual reports, and develops financial status reports on a regular basis. The candidate must have professional designation such as CPA, CA and/or CIA.
Responsibilities:
Incumbent performs complex financial analysis and for designated areas of FM Global's businesses.
Performs ad hoc analysis for various projects.
Contributes to the development of the functional strategy; may participate on project teams to achieve milestones and objectives.
Provide information and necessary analyses requested by for internal and external auditors.
Extract and manipulate data from various systems for use in reporting and research. Comparison of such data within and between systems for purposes of ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
Maintain and coordinate maintenance of data and report criteria within systems to ensure accurate reporting.

The ideal candidate will have three to five of progressive public accounting experience with a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or other related field. Professional designation is required e.g.; CPA, CA or CIA.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
