We are seeking a Maintenance Coordinator, a hands-on position responsible for the upkeep of the conveyor system and the mobile equipment in a warehouse distribution center as well as helping out with building repairs. This includes the scheduling of repairs and adjustments to least interfere with the daily operations. The coordinator is also responsible for maintaining a proper level of repair parts and order these parts as needed.

Experience:
Required:
1. High School Diploma or equivalent
2. 1 year or more mechanical experience preferably with conveyors and Laser scanners in a warehouse distribution center environment
3. Knowledge of OSHA law.
4. Mechanics tools (must own and store on-site)
5. Physical requirements include lifting up to 60 lbs., bending, heavy walking, twisting, and squatting.
6. Ability to work 40 hours per week or more on an as needed basis.
7. Must work independently with minimal supervision.
8. Working knowledge of conveyor systems including drive alignment and belt tracking.
9. Experience with electrical systems for both low and high voltage
10. Experience with pneumatic and hydraulic systems for conveyor and other equipment as necessary.
11. Ability to operate and do basic maintenance for all mobile equipment.
Desired:
1.Computer skills (Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel)

3.Welding, brazing, and cutting torch
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
