Collections Associate needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in Allentown, PA.
Top Skills You Should Possess:
- SAP or Oracle experience.
- Good verbal communications.
What You'll Be Doing:
- The Collections Associate is responsible for the collection of accounts receivables for an assigned portfolio of customers.
- Provide administrative support in monitoring customer collection cycle and conduct credit control/receivable collection actions on customers who are late in payment.
- Assist to pursue overdue accounts by utilizing phone collection techniques, dunning letters and collection agencies or legal counsel.
- Research, investigate and resolve issues involving on account money (credits or overpayments.
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- High school diploma.
- Minimum two (2) years collections or related experience in a high transaction industry.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications such as MS Excel and MS Word. Ability to created formulas using Excel.
- Experience in SAP ERP system and Financial Supply Chain Management (FSCM).
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
