This position contributes to the success of the Pepsi Beverages Company by providing general administrative support for the Howell PBC location.
Major Tasks, Key Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:
Answer incoming calls in a professional and pleasant manner
Show strong attention to detail and communicate effectively with internal and external customers
Provide back-up for payroll administrator
Provide back-up for cashier
Manage Repairs of cell phones, handheld computers and printers; send to repairs in a timely manner and track when necessary
Performing general administrative support to location management team
Participate and engage employees to partake in community events
Perform daily settlement of route documents
Performing general administrative support work such as running reports, copying, filing, faxing etc
Maintain and order office supplies
Process payments for business expenses and reconcile
Multi-task in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate self-motivation and initiative
Demonstrate strong computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Work well individually and as a team
Basic Job Qualifications
High school or GED
Preferred Job
Qualifications:
Previous administrative experience
Previous experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Payroll experience
Cashiering experience

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
