Supervise the day to day activities of the Billing & Accounts Receivable team ensuring team goals, objectives and deadlines are met. Provide direction, guidance and assist team in the resolution of issues or problems. Review work prepared by the team to ensure accuracy. Approve outbound and incoming Global payments. Provide appropriate feedback on performance to team, fulfill basic personnel related functions. Ensure that management is informed of any issues on a timely basis. Communicate with and support our client service teams. Work independently and communicate effectively with various departments in the organization as well as external customers.
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent work experience. This position requires someone with supervisory experience who has good written and oral communication skills. Should be a good multitasker, well organized, analytical and detail oriented. Strong Microsoft skills (Access, Excel,) and knowledge of PeopleSoft financials preferred. This position is for a six (6) month temporary assignment.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
