Entitlement Lead
Manage and prioritize development vendors, field agent's and other contractor activities to meet weekly/monthly entitlement commitments and ensure real estate compliance.
Act as liaison with legal dept., to secure necessary approvals to move forward with agreements. Develop business cases for the acceptance of agreements that do deviate from standard business and legal terms.
Provide supervision of all Notices, Consent and Amendments required as part of the project.
Provide supervision from application to NTP on all collocation sites including but not limited to other wireless carriers, utilities companies, tower companies and management companies.
Manage coordination of site walks, A&E site design walks and other site/field visits with RF Engineering, Zoning, Construction Project Manager and A&E Departments as required.
Completion of leasing/amendment packages and other documentation required by the Company.
As directed by Company, researching and obtaining information regarding all applicable planning, zoning codes, and regulations which would affect the development of a site.
Organizing and conducting presentations for neighborhood meetings or public hearings as required by local jurisdictions or as requested by respective property owner(s).
Daily interaction with the RF Engineering and Construction personnel to ensure compliance with all client, landlord, jurisdictional, governmental and industry standards.
Accurate daily and weekly reporting to the Project Manager and/or client, as required. Project accurate lease/amendment dates and attend status meetings.
All other activities reasonably related to the successful administration and completion of the Project and Services.

years of Project Management experience.
Experience working with multiple vendors within tight timelines.
Minimum Required Skills / Competencies:
A minimum of 3 years wireless telecom development project management experience
Specific wireless site leasing, zoning, construction and site modification experience
Career shows progression in responsibility, size and complexity of projects managed.
Demonstrated ability to manage and interface with large multi-functional project teams.
Must possess successful project management as well as experience in process engineering.
Demonstrated ability to forecast, manage and deliver financially successful projects.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
