What You'll Be Doing:
- Process applications for new cards and to authenticate applicants utilizing fraud tools
- Conduct account closures and reissue new account for Lost or Stolen cards
What You Need to Bring to the Table:
- Experience working on a computer
- Flexibility in scheduling including; nights, weekends, and holiday schedules
- Professional, respectful demeanor
- Superior phone skills
- Strong teamwork and conflict resolution skills
- A pleasant and positive attitude
Bonus Points! Otherwise Known As Preferred
Qualifications:
- Preferable six (6+) months of call center experience of any kind or equivalent military experience
